Another week and another solid line up of Harrison movies that are airing this week. Considering it is the July 4th weekend I surprised they are not showing Harrison's most patriotic movie Air Force One.

Diane Keaton injured on Morning Glory set  06/29/09

Update: TMZ is reporting "Paramount Studios told ET Diane was "taken to a hospital for precautionary tests and has been cleared to return to work tomorrow."  

 

According to Newspusher.com Diane was injured and taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital. "Diane Keaton injured while filming a sumo wrestling scene for her new movie Morning Glory in New York City. She was put on a gurney and taken away in an ambulance rushed to the hospital." Let's hope it is nothing serious and HFW wishes Diana a speedy recovery.

Morning Glory NYC set pics all over the net 06/25/09

 

If anything this movie is generating an enormous amount of candid set pictures. FilmMagic, and WireImage photo agencies have quite a few terrific shots of Harrison and Rachel. Thanks to forum member Grandma Jones for the info.

Harrison to receive Spreading Wings Award

  "A fundraising gala for Denver’s Wings Over the Rockies Air and Space Museum will feature a tribute to actor (and pilot) Harrison Ford, the museum said Tuesday.

Ford will receive the annual Spreading Wings Award at the Nov. 14 gala at the Lowry-area museum. The award honors “those who have dedicated their lives to flight and advances in aviation,” the museum said in a statement. Rest of the article here.

Harrison tops The Ski Channel's Top 5 Celebrity Ski Spots 


"1) Harrison Ford has preserved the natural splendor and wildlife resources at Jackson Hole by donating over a thousand acres of land to Jackson Hole Land Trust. He also sponsors a kid's ski team each winter, is a member of the Jackson Hole Land Trust Board of Directors, serves as a deputy sheriff for the town, has organized benefit screenings of his films at the town's local cinema, and occasionally rescues people off the mountains in his freakin' helicopter."

Phillip Noyce praises Harrison

Dark Horizons did an interview with Phillip Noyce who was promoting his movie Salt and he had this to say about Harrison:

"Harrison Ford is probably the greatest entertainer that I’ve ever worked with, as much as he had an innate understanding of his relationship to his audience, and his character’s relationship with the material. That was a marvel, to watch him work."  Read the entire interview here.

Great news for those who don't have the DVD yet, you can download Crossing Over on iTunes. If you don't have iTunes you can download the free software from apple.com here. To rent the movie it will cost $9.99 - Also, Crossing Over is listed in the top 100 movies downloaded from iTunes and here is the page for the movie.
